Beoplay H6 Second Gen $267.43 (£169.06) Delivered from Amazon UK

120

Hi all,

I recently bought one of those from Amazon UK for a really good price compare to local stock (currently at $499 at local stores and very rarely going on sale).

The sound quality is amazing and they look great too and very comfy to wear for extended period of time. Please note this is not a NC headphone.

You can also select the fast shipping option with the total coming up to $282.

The black version is also available but you have to pay an extra GBP25.

Please note the VAT will be removed from the GBP price at check out.

Feel free to remove if this is not good enough of a deal :D.

Great price! I have one and it's my favourite office headphone. Comfortable and doing very good job keeping noise leak down. I would describe the sound signature as laid back, quite neutral with small lift in bass.

    • I actually paid about $30 more for this, they just dropped the price further for this colour! Love mine!

  • I find the bass to be lacking.

    • Are we talking about the first gen or the second gen? The first gen lacks bass, but the second gen has more than enough bass to satisfy modern music preference without overpowering the rest of the sound.

It is actually quite hard to find the second gen in the shops here, most still stocks first gen (like myer).

  • How do these compare to QC35 for music? Not after noise cancelling.

    • Depend on how you like your music I guess, I tried the QC35 in the shop for over 30 mins I found it is just a bit too processed for my taste, especially with NC in passive(you can't turn it off, so if you only want a headphone for quiet music enjoyment this could be a deal breaker).

But like I said, only 30 mins with the QC35 is not enough to judge it fully. Other may have better idea.

If you are in Melbourne, go in Myer Emporium and try both out. Please note the H6 at Myer is Gen 1 (light on bass and very neutral), but the design is the same as the H6 2nd gen.

Both headphones are very comfy to wear.
