  That's because they were $300 when it first came out.
  I picked up one for $99 though because I couldn't justify the price to begin with. This is a bargain price for Renegade Edition.

  last night the renegade was showing up as $49.95 put it in wishlist today its been deleted from wiswhlist and priced as $299 thinking bout contacting them

    You could try asking nicely if they have any spares =) If you're trying to get it based on the fact that it was on your wishlist, I don't think that'll work, given they had no obligation to sell it to you at that point.
