What's your signed up email? We sent all the $5 gift card out yesterday.
How's the process normally work with the forwarding? We set our delivery address to the assigned address, then you our account is updated when it arrives? Is that usually instant or does it take a while to sort?
You sign up and we send you the address of ship2au warehouses. You use that address to shop, once the package arrives, we update you with email notification within 1 business day(Currently, we update within 2-3 hours.)

Mobile phones are fine, but we cannot ship power banks.
