does kenwood, delonghi still have the factory sale for their appliances at the prestons warehouse? it is usually about the October or November time of the year… I think last year they had it online only and not at the actual warehouse.

I received one of your electric heaters yesterday from Appliances Online. When originally packaged by you does the heater come in a plastic sleeve and then it is placed into the box. I was convinced my heater from them was a returned or second hand unit as the instructions had blue tape on them and the heater was just chocked by the poly blocks - no sleeve. Thanks.
Welcome to OzBargain! I had a very bad experience buying from Kenwood not long ago. Ordered an item, received shipping notice with tracking number a few days after, but nothing arrived. Turned out it was never sent and they didn't even bother to contact me. Was not impressed at all with the service, and they didn't even respond to complaint email. Hopefully things have improved..
