there was a deal back in september for free glasses you just pay postage, has anyone received their glasses as I haven't?????

  • If you go back to the original thread (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/31212), you will see that some people have received their glasses. My housemate and I received ours. Just give clearly contacts a call to let them know your situation.

  • :( gutted then, i've contacted them and they said if not arrived by 5th OCt to get back to them. Which I've done. Somethings amiss here.

    problem is I paid extra to get transition lenses as I need them so cost me a bit more than just P+H.

  • heads up, excellent service. Called them and they arranged replacements and upgraded shipping so that we could track them.

  • They have very good customer service. I had a problem with my order and they quickly fixed the issue.

    Great price, great glasses - a very good service all round.

  • I ordered "in stock" lenses and paid for "Priority Shipment" only to wait over a month for them. When I queried the delay I got this:

    "Please be advised that, all packages are originally shipped from our facility in the United States to our distribution offices in Australia. From there, the package is then routed to you to be sure that you are not levied any additional duties/customs charges."

    So much for "priority"!

    There was no mention that stock was not from Oz so beware if you are in a hurry.

    I now use eyesonline and always get delivery in a few days (and they're cheaper!).

    It's perfect, going to give a gift card to a friend.

  • I got mine in about 2 weeks. The quality and packaging was great but they messed up my prescription. They have a reply paid full refund option though which is great! I might try them again in the future as I was impressed with how they handled the issue.
