Too bad there's not much configuration for Inspiron 17R and if you want full HD display you pretty much have to go for Studio 17. Here's some terms and conditions:

DELL Studio notebook appears to be phasing out. Upgrade options are gradually disappearing. No more Full HD (for 15.6" screens). No more 9 cell batteries.
Even DELL Studio XPS (15.6") does not seem to have extended warranties (2 years or more)
