Need some advice on where I can find a watch like the F91W casio (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CASIO-F91W-DIGITAL-WATCH-RETRO-VI…)
but I would like some added functionality - Light and strong glass/band. It will be used while running.
Ideally would like it to still be casio. Can you please recommend some models?

It's Casio, and this particular model is time tested; a true classic.
No frills, and very light due to it's plastic and resin construction.
There is that cool-retro thing going for it too.
Not many other watches can give near 10 years of reliable service out of a single battery cell.
All in, a better watch for that price (good find!), you will be hard pressed to find.
Go for it.
BTW- and unfortunately, this is said to be popular with terrorists too :(
Pretty much all digital Casio's that aren't G-Shocks have a resin lens. If you want mineral glass you have to step up to the G-Shock classic.
Here is a link to a recent post I did which also has the Skmei 1134 for $7.88 shipped.
It will be more durable as the resin lens is recessed & it's built tougher than the F91W. It also has a better - Electro Luminescent backlight.

No probs, it's a good watch for the price. I have had the blue negative display for almost 2 years and wear it to work on building sites. It still looks almost like new.
All colours are negative display except for white.
Or maybe the SKMEI 1068 - you can read that one while bobbing up and down from 100m away…guaranteed…
It's massive, not waterproof, and totally different to what you asked about!
I found that for US$4.99, which is cheaper in AUD now due to the exchange rate - Skmei 1068 approx AU$6.31 shipped
Not enough stock to post as a deal though.
What do you mean light, this has a light and the plastic will be stronger than glass in a cheap watch.
It's only $15, give it a go.
