Both 'Xergic' and 'Telfast' are brand names for the 'generic' drug Fexofenadine.
If you're ok with taking claratine or zrytec - you can get the generics on ebay from usa for cheap or sri lanka/india even cheaper if you trust it.
look up Cetirizine or Loratadine as they are the active ingredients.
this deal is good though for Fexofenadine.
If you are going to price match at Chemist Warehouse, allow about half an hour of your time because they (in their own leisure) call the actual store and check stock and price before price matching.
