Just noticed this. Pretty sure it's a historical low. Vanilla MGS V is the same price.

      Correct. Was planned for three chapters, third chapter unfinished and never released. There's a significant cliffhanger in second chapter and two storylines just dropped without explanation. There's video footage of the third chapter - movies and artwork - and it would have been the perfect ending, unfortunately the game does feel incomplete without it.

      Could also be argued that MGSV: Ground Zeroes was technically a fourth chapter that was released separately because MGSV was in dev hell for so long. The publisher wanted some money so forced the developers to release the first chapter as a standalone game.

      Publisher gave some cock-and-bull story about "storylines change during development all the time, two chapters was always the vision". But it is well known that Kojiro was running late, the publisher got cold feet and released the game unfinished, and Kojiro quit in disgust.

      The gameplay itself is amazing. The two chapters that did get released are fantastic. The boss scenes and the storyline are what you expect in MGS. I loved every minute of it. One of my favourite games for the PS4. For $17.95 / $13.95 it's the bargain of the century.
