  Has anyone bought stuff from this vendor before, and can provide feedback? Some items look okay, but refund system is a bit shifty. Returns or exchange after thirty days is not allowed. What if item is faulty after thirty days? Also, customer pays return postage, even for faulty items .

  Returns Policy:
  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  Only non-monogrammed items are eligible for refund or exchange.
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  Refunds (if applicable)
  We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for monogrammed items.
  If you would like a refund, send us an email in the form below for a returns authorisation number and return instructions.
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
  If you are declined, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
