Just bought a Xiaomi 20000mAh Polymer Power Bank 2 Dual USB Output with Quick Charge 3.0, my first power bank ever!
Just wondering what is the fastest way to charge it?
Do I need to buy a charger or does it come with one, and if I do whats the fastest one for a good price.

And if you only have one charger but need to charge multiple devices, you can plug the powerbank into the wall adapter and then charge your devices from the output ports on the powerbank
Does it support pass through charging? I'm having trouble finding a definitive answer on Google.
I don't have the 20000mAh model but all of my other Xiaomi powerbanks don't support pass through charging.

Probably just to stop overloading/heating, but at least it works.

It says it supports Quick Charge 3.0 input and output meaning that you can charge the powerbank itself with a QC3.0 enabled wall adapter. I can't comment on this model in particular, but none of the Xiaomi powerbanks I've bought have come with a wall charger (and if it does it probably won't support QC) so you'll have to buy one yourself. If you have a phone that supports Quick Charge, the charger that came with the phone should support some form of fast charging that will work for the powerbank too. And if you only have one charger but need to charge multiple devices, you can plug the powerbank into the wall adapter and then charge your devices from the output ports on the powerbank, just make sure your adapter supports QC otherwise it will drain faster than it charges.
