Frost 13 Piece Imperial Drill Bit Set $14.89 at Bunnings, Was $27.17 ($1.15 Per Drill Bit)

160

Following on from the SCA $1 drill bits, here are some that are almost as cheap at Bunnings. They are imperial, not metric, but for a most purposes the difference is minor (eg at the smaller end a 5/64 drill bit = 1.984mm which is 0.016mm from a 2mm metric bit).

Drill bit sizes go from 1/16 inch (~1.59mm) to 1/4 inch (6.35mm).

Thanks. I got screwed with the SCA drill bits. Made the order on Wednesday night and they refunded me today saying there wasn't enough stock :(

    • Yeah I got packing, shipping & tracking emails, then order cancelled. I don't know how they can claim they packed and shipped an order when clearly they haven't, to top it off they've ripped me off $1 on the refund amount too. On the bright side saved me from buyers remorse for those 30 drill bits I didn't really need.

  • Any idea where this set is made in?

    • Bought a set today - packaging says made in New Zealand

      • Awesome, thanks

  • These can be found cheaper on ebay with free shipping. Heaps of different sellers.

I have these made in Australia

  • I have these and have found them good. I'm not a pro and don't do heaps of work though, don't have much to compare them to. I still break the smaller diameter bits
