It's $230 for a Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM, dual SIMs and 32GB of UFS-based storage with a 5.7" 1440p IPS screen.

Only downside is the lack of OTA updates, easily solved by flashing TWRP and then official LineageOS ROM (https://download.lineageos.org/x2). And no B28, which is a bit of a dealbreaker.

no card slot, no 3.5 mm socket… and that famous stench of Le Eco

    hard pass

  • Thanks.

Pretty cheap say if you don't care about B28 (Vodafone) and you didn't mind tinkering to flash lineage OS.

Hard to beat that price for the specs.

  • good deals.

  • I guess 2nd sim is 2g

    • no, it's 4G/3G on both sim, you put 2 sim cards in the phone, choose 1 card for data, it will be on 4G, and the other card shows 3G but with no data connection

Got my 4GB/64G from BG. Likely the best value phone I have ever buy.

    The bad:
    Finger print scanner is crap
LCD is QHD but quality and colour is soso
The band 28 trolls will neg this phone straight away

But for $250 what more can you ask..

Note in Kimovil.com and official antutu website, the phone is regarded as one of the best value phone that you can buy.

It will be good if GB is selling this under $200… also beware of GB's shipping reputation.

  • Does anyone have this phone? Any comments on Lineage OS or camera performance?

    • I think the stock camera I is good enough. But then I am not picky on phone camera quality.

Can't be border to do all that root and generic rom stuff…..quit the geek business 5 years ago.
