 - It's good for shaving, but my charger died after 6 months.
 - I've had the 5620 for a while now - pretty much the same as this. Has been good. Use it with shaving gel in shower so no bristles in sink. Not as good as a blade, but not too bad. Only minor negative is it is a little tricky to shave under the nose - a normal problem with this style of shaver.
 - I have one of these. Personally, am not liking it. In my experience, it tends to cut hair too short and I end up getting itchy as the hair starts poking me from the inside. I think the "lift and cut" is to blame. This also requires regular shaving as any longer hair and it will not work. - Definitely don't use it if you are getting ingrown hair, but I don't have a major issue with that or it cutting longer hairs - just need to use the shaver in a circular motion (there are longer slots in the head to catch those longer hairs). Oh, I would be careful about pressing the shaver hard against the skin - as with most electric shavers this can result in a much closer shave but also risks ingrown hair….. - The way I use it is - in the shower (warm steam helps with a good shave and the shower means no clean up of bristles), using a sensitive skin shave gel, and gentle pressure in a circular motion, then quick rinse of the shaver under the shower head. After getting out of the shower, I might check my face in the mirror to make sure I haven't missed anything. - Yeah I have stopped using it. I found that it often left some hair so I started doing multiple passes and this resulted in it cutting it too close and under the skin. - Now that you mention it, pressing it hard might also be the reason. Will give it a go with light passes.
 - @Harshad: It's very tempting to press hard, so may very well be it. Also make sure you have a decent amount of gel on your face to avoid friction.

 - Be careful. I bought Sensotouch 3D from Philips. The earlier blades were great. Philips changed the blades to ones that barely last 3-6 months yet still cost over $100 a pop. Philips refuse to respond to online reviews each criticising them other than to ask them to call. Would not recommend the brand again.

 - Seems a good deal.
 - feedback please?
 - Can anyone comment whether this drops shaved hair everywhere? i bought an expensive cordless one a while ago that dropped hair and it was annoying to clean up after each shave so i switched back to an old corded one that didnt. - As I mention above, I use it in the shower so no problem at all.
 - Have had mine for over 12 months. Works pretty well in shower with shaving Gel. I doubt it would drop hair even when used out of the shower.
I have been looking for replacement blades for it as getting a little blunt but they cost $60 by themselves. Ebay chinese ones are only about $15 for 3 but by the reviews it sounds like they arent very good???

 - Just worked out that I'll need a replacement head for my shaver soon - and they cost about $60 (http://www.shavershop.com.au/philips/5000-series-sh50-replac…) so bought one of these to put in the spares drawer!
 - whats the difference?

 - I have one of these (gift) - not sure I'd recommend it. Takes me longer than just using an oldschool double edge razor and doesn't get anywhere near as close a shave, and misses hairs. The trimmer attachment was far more useful honestly but it broke after ~6 months. - On that note, does anyone know where to get replacement trimmers? Can only find the tri-circle thing replacements. - Probably shaver shop eg http://www.shavershop.com.au/philips/smart-click-beard-style…. If you only want a trimmer, would be better off getting a dedicated trimmer like this: http://www.shavershop.com.au/philips/7-in-1-grooming-kit-007…

Looks good, anyone have any experience in using these?
