Is kogan trustworthy with warranty etc? no problems? etc.
Do they complain and whinge about having to do warranty?
My only experience with this was a phone battery that 'died' too early (4 months) over the web-chat they accepted that I tried it in another LG G3, had the same boot loop issue, but a known good battery in the affected phone fixed the issue, they immediately posted a replacement battery.
I was impressed, and a little surprised
Warranty is great. I had a whipper snipper break, no questions new one sent.
No complaints from me. LG G3 phone died. They couldn't offer a direct replacement as out of stock. The offered store credit but instead asked for refund which was processed super quickly
Warranty/service is good, product quality is a lottery, and 75% of the stuff is a lot cheaper on Aliexpress.

Work mate had their Kogan TV die. Kogan organised pick up and refund, he said they were easy to deal with.
I bought some items that, when I received them, varied from the advertised colour. Kogan's response was basically "too bad".
