    Pretty decent - circulon's coatings are very good and metal utensil safe, I have one of their flat based woks. Love it.

      No non-stick is metal safe, they will all scratch and degrade the coating.

        Wouldn't ever go hard or use metal on any non stick where possible but after a year of use i can't see a single scratch or loss of surface. These are particularly good as far as they all go.

          Fine for gas, only thing I don't like are the handles which aren't ergonomic, especially with large and heavy pans.
