6.5kg Washing Machine Samsung $398 TheGoodGuys

150

The good Guys have a flaming good deal here, so good it'll set your world alight ;) lol anyway was cheapest 6.5kg I could find in my search

This white Samsung top-loading washer has a high 4 star WELS water rating for water bill savings, and the capacity to wash 6.5kg of dry laundry per load so you can wash regular and light loads alike for a one or two person household. Get just the right setting for each load with its 6 types of washing programs. The white Samsung WA65F5S2URW has a delayed start setting, a digital display, a safety lock, a 700 rpm maximum spin speed, and a 2 star energy rating. It has a 2 year manufacturer warranty. This white top-loading washer is 983mm high, 610mm wide, and 670mm deep, so carefully measure the space where you want your washer to go and make sure there's enough room for the lid to fully open with a wall-mounted dryer above if you want to save floor space.

I ended up buying from appliances online for $388 delivered installed and broken one removed :)

This model doesn't have WiFi, Bluetooth or support Band 28. Lol.

    Good deal though nevertheless. 😄

A 5 star rating from me.

Better than the 4 stars and 2 stars, for water and energy respectively.

      • I also have a similar model 10+ years old/predecessor to this model. Still running as good as new.
Certainly the best washing machine I've ever owned.

Does it have the plastic bag and tape already fitted?

  • Seems good if you need one, Cash in on the brand damage! I love how Samsung appears to be taking credit for the invention of the AC motor in the promotional material!

    • Have they addressed the problem that caused the fires?

ha I bought one of these today, I thought about posting it here, but didn't as I was busy and I just jumped on here now and it's already been done :)

    • I am buying one tomorrow, thought if a better deal was afoot and I hadn't seen it someone would.

  • It's not just the faulty product - it's the faulty management approach to handling safety issues that matters most. Well, some are more forgiving, just not me.

  • Just a heads up that the drain outlet on this unit is positioned on the left hand side rather than the back so when you connect the drain hose, this adds about 100mm to the overall width required.
