Those little mini utensils are always $2. Most of the stuff in the catalogue is its usual price, K-Mart has been recently trying to focus more on 'everyday low prices' where store brand (Homemaker etc) lines are always cheap, rather than weekly sales where everything is more expensive apart from a few heavily reduced items.
