Found this via Reddit. The Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass is now 100% free. Please note that the base game is required to play this content. Also be aware that this game is pretty much dead on PC. It's $6.66 to buy on the Origin store though which is kind of ominous. ;)

If you have the game already then you might as well grab this for free. However i wouldn't rush out to buy the original game or anything which is a shame as there was so much potential there. Here's hoping the second ine, releasing in November, does a little better.

      EDIT: Thx for pointing out that one can pick up the season pass even if you don't own the game. I've done this on my alt account.

    Damn, are the season pass expansions multiplayer only? I have the base game and have fun with the single player missions (basically like the multiplayer but everyone else are just bots)… I'm a casual player so i find that easiest for me. I added the season pass but it only adds those extra missions as multiplayer :( free is free I guess!

      Yeah, pretty much multiplayer only. And unfortunately you'll never get all of the unlocks because there are never enough players on the required game modes.

      As a massive Star Wars fan I was so pumped for this game. But EA killed it with their segmenting DLC and lack of server browser/dedicated servers (and joystick support would have been nice too).

      At least they seem to have a strong single player campaign for the next outing. Not pre-ordering though, don't want to give them the satisfaction.

    I have accumulated so many free games from Origin over the years.. Keep it up, they might give away BattleFront next year or something!

    Spent 30-40mins trying to find an online game, waste of time. 1 server had 2 others and the game wont start whit so few players.
    Theres so many modes as well, trying to check each one for other players is too much.

    This game is sooooo bad… and this is coming from someone who paid nearly $60 right after it came out. When there was still ppl playing it..
