All you have to do is offer PayPal on all your listings. It's so easy, it takes just 1 click to add PayPal as a payment option when you list.
don't forget that ebay also cut some percentage from the sale value if the seller paid with paypal. No charge if you've just joined paypal as they give you (I think) 10 free transactions. Not really a good deal for power sellers. who don't use paypal, excellent otherwise.
