      Windows Mixed Reality HMDs are released next month so I wouldn't buy a Windows based HMD until we see what those are like. So far they look like a much better proposition than Rift or Vive in terms of comfort and performance. ~$460 USD RRP (including $99 MS VR controllers) and that includes room & controller tracking.

    However I don't have a PS4 haha but would you recommend I buy a PS4 or PS4 pro. Is there a huge difference in PSVR graphics to justify the extra expense?

      last night i test PS4 slim Uncharted 4 on a 1080p screen
      and PS4 pro uncharted 4 on a 4k screen

      NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE

      PS4 PRO all the way.

    Is the cable clutter much of an issue?

      Eh, I'd say the 4k tv with HDR would be a better investment.

      Cable clutter not much of an issue, you play the games while staying in the same spot.

    How did you get on with it? I got mine on Monday and bought a PS4 Pro yesterday from facebook marketplace (new and unopened) and set it all up last night.

    First impression are good, but the picture isn't as clear as I thought it would be. Still a bit fuzzy and not TV esq sharp but I have managed to improve it a little by adjusting headset and the eye-eye distance in settings.

    Close up items are the most out of focus and medium to far items seem more in focus. Overall it's a good experience though and 1st Gen VR, so I I'm sure it will improve in future. It's a totally new experience for gaming, It really transports you to another place and with some improvements in the technology which are sure to happen over the next 5+ years, I think the experience will be amazing and the new norm for gaming.

    The pub scene on London heist is cool where you can light the cigar and smoke, and play around with the lighter. You really feel like you're sitting in there.

    Didn't feel the motion sickness too much either.
