    Hi everyone! I just ordered few pizzas and the lady got offended, askinked me angrily how did you got the coupon etc etc…
    I asked her will I get this deal or not she said I will ask my manager and call you back if it's possible.

    Accepted, up until the phone call there is something wrong with the ovens so they cannot make the order, and will be cancelling it.

    Got a call from Seabrook store and said they are not honouring the deal. I only ordered 7 pizzas.

    They just called back to say they will honour the deal. Good on them.

      I'm sure they can choose to revoke the sale and refund if it's a pricing error. If an individual store chose to do that then I'm sure a complaint to corporate / head office would do the trick and you'd get some free pizza vouchers for your trouble. Domino's are pretty good when it comes to keeping customers happy.

      If a franchisee does honour your order, it's possible you might also get a few extra toppings you didn't order. I'll see how I go with my order and report back any irregularities.

        Yep I will call head office if they don't want to honour it, the store I ordered from almost cancel my order the last time there was a 2 for 10$ deal as they said they don't make money from them! :/

          Definitely contact head office. It's not your fault that whoever issues the vouchers made a mistake. Let the stores sort the issue out with corporate.

          Screw them, definitely contact head office via email or Facebook.
          They sign in to promotions as part of the franchise deal. Head office will consider this poisonous PR and brand damage IE the exact opposite of the image they cultivate with their advertising.
          Definitely report the bastards.
