Do Myer Still Price Match?

I saw some old posts that people have had luck price matching at Myers?
Has anyone recently been able to do so?

      If a competitor, being another Australian retail store

      They are sneaky and will do their best to deny it. I tried to price match perfume in the Chadstone store with another store in the same shopping centre and they denied it because they weren't a "recognised competitor". Let them go broke as far as I'm concerned.

    Yep. Bought a food processor last week in store and they price matched Good Guys.

    It's Myer first of all. Second of all they have something called a website and if you still can not find an answer, you can call up answer store (you will go through the switchboard). The switchboard will have your answer.

    Just about all the big stores price match nowadays, otherwise they miss out on a sale.

    Yes, but the cashier had to get approval from a manager. Price matched a $229 item to $179 from good guys in QLD. I showed him the bing lee price in sydney for $167 and he couldn't do it because it wasn't local?

      fair enough if its not local. As you can't buy that product your area for that price.

      Officeworks will factor in postage if the item you're price matching is in another state or not for local pickup

    Tried to price match the shaver shop a few years back, Myer staff told me we can't price match because "they are not a competitor".
