couple of points to consider before buying

Customer service is piss poor(foreign) cant even port my number over, told them I was with Woolworths they had no idea so they asked me what network provider so I said their on Telstra
Guess what happened ? They tried to port from Telstra so the porting failed, called them again to explain that my service provider was Woolworths their a reseller of Telstra network, I had to specifically ask them to port from Woolworths.
Guess what? It ported over, do they tell me this no. Waited half a day was about to call them again to see what else has gone wrong but thought I might try calling my number and my phone ran so it's been ported yay!
All these cheapo provider that are offering the $5deals I will be avoiding from now on. Last time I did the Kogan deal took me 3 days to port my number out, Optus said they were holding onto number won't let them port it out, after many calls back and forth with both providers I finally got it ported
BUYERS BEWARE is all I can say, especially nowadays with all the call centres moved overseas half the time can't understand wtf their saying and when u can they don't seem to give 2 shits on fixing the issue. It's not our problems it's other company u need to call them. All the instances I've been told that I demanded their supervisor and demanded they make the call the call and "abra kadabra" problem fixed
