Does anyone know the frequency of these sales or if they hint to them in emails sent to subscribers? Missed out on primo tickets to Japan with Jetstars recent promotion due to being stuck at work and someone I spoke to alluded to being in the know and suggested Qantas had a Japan sale coming soon. Wanting to get on top of this to try and jag a cheap trip to Tokyo for next year.

Seems to be every few months.
They might have 2-for-1 deals every 6 months plus return for free deals every 6 months. That's at least 4 sales per year.

Yes, the missiles are flying over Japan, silly. Unless one fails mid flight and crashes…but what are the chances of that?

I've got on the Jetstar sale 3 times in the last 3 years now. I'm subbed to all the notifications and they happen about twice a year.
