LED TV recommendations

Hi,

I came across this Sony 55" 4K HDR UHD TV (Model X70e ) at Costco for 1299, is this a good TV? any recommendations in that price range for a 55" tv?

    That's the base model and is around the price of everyone else. It doesn't have android tv like the other models.

    I am looking at the 8500 model. Next step up, just waiting for a good sale ( I'll buy it at $1500).

    Just keep reading the comments when someone posts a tv deal and you'll work out what's good or not.
