      The beauty of wireless is that it can't really hurt the phone.
      Unlike bad cables which can rip out a connector, or overvoltage, or hack over USB at public points.

      Apple supporting it now will mean it will finally start becoming common at public charge points. Instead of broken USB points which require you to carry a cable anyway.

    You need a wireless charging QI receiver for this to work if your phone doesn't support it. Receiver costs around $4-5 on aliexpress, GearBest etc, but this is a good price.

        Yeah it worked technically. I think the phone actually lost charge due to how slow it was.
