  • Good find OP. I prefer the fisher & paykel DH8060P1. F&P also have a promotion running where if you buy a washer and dryer (certain models) in one transaction you can get extra 10% off.

    Hope this helps.

  • Condenser Heat pump dryers can't do quick dry run like vented.
we want to buy dryer but still can't decide that should we go for vented or heat pump.

We went with a Siemens heat pump 2 months ago. It gets used at least once a day, and we haven't noticed any difference with our power bill (this current bill is less than the same time last year). The slow speed doesn't really bother us since it gets put on when we go to work or in the evening before bed. I wouldn't hesitate recommending heat pump over condenser or vented

Had a vented and now using a heat pump dryer and there's barely any difference in the drying times, the heat pump takes about 15 minutes longer. I wouldn't go back to a vented as they leave the room damp and hot whereas the heat pump dryer keeps the room dry and relatively cool.

  • I've had this for around 3 months, love it so far, sad I paid $100 more if you use cashrewards for total 19.25% off..

  • Buys series 8 oven or cooktop for up to $200 cash back
Got two pyrolytic ovens for a bit over 1k each after cashback, crazy cheap, this model is out of stock FYI

    • mee too!!!

  • Make sure to check its energy consumption on energyrating.gov.au/calculator

    • This is the first product I've brought with and extra band of stars on it, ie. standard star sicker has 5 stars, this has two rows; energy star rating: 7 Stars

    • This one does very well!

  • Bugger went to buy 2 minutes 2 late :)

  • Had been waiting for the eBay sale to buy a different condenser dryer but then switched to this earlier in the night. Hopefully a good last minute call
