What more can one want from a BBQ at this price?? Save your cash on those over expensive and over hyped shiny BBQ's that you see for hundreds that some people buy ; )

The Eureka BBQ Grill is a 4 burner flat top BBQ with piezo ignition and stainless steel burners. This reliable Outdoor BBQ set has a simple and stylish design and is great for small or large cookouts.

  • We bought a similar cheap BBQ from Bunnings and these things are a waste of money IMO. You can't get any real heat from them and the heat spread is so uneven it's not funny.

Save your dollars and buy a decent BBQ.

What do you mean? People that want a hot plate to cook with that is evenly heated are just w***ers apparantly!

      Mod — language, thanks!

Real BBQ experts have plenty of experience with wonky BBQs - That's where the expert knowledge comes to the fore. It takes real skill to circulate those sausages around the hot and cold plate to get them done right ;-)

I bought this actual bbq from Big W 3 yrs ago and ive never had a problem with heat distribution or anything for that matter. It cooks great both on its plate and on the grill. Its getting a bit old though and will be going in to buy it again before it expires on wednesday. So if anyone asks about the 'would i buy it again factor' then i would have to say DEFINATELY! And if we're all honest about it lazed, we all want it ;p

Thanks for the review sk1ppy. It was probably just the one from Bunnings that was dodgy.

      • Language?? I hear the word w**ker on prime time radio practically every day! And on prime time tv sometimes too. Hardly 'bad' language these days is it? Did someone complain?

Save your money and buy a webber-style kettle BBQ - once you go webber you never go back!

If it's anything like the one I bought from Bunnings, the bottom rusted out within 2 years and the gas fittings fused. Then I had a large heavy object to dispose off. You do get what you pay for.

I've got the hooded version of this BBQ, only a year old but still powering on strong! :D

Here's a hint for any BBQ, buy yourself a cover & use it, best $$$ you'll spend, will more than double the life of your BBQ!!! I learned this with my Webers! I still have the only one I bothered to cover!!! ;)

FWIW, I went to a mate's place some time ago for a BBQ, he was showing off his new pride & joy SS 6x burner $1200 beast…nice BBQ, but guess what? Yes, hotter & colder areas across hotplate, griddle & grill (despite a layer of volcanic rock)…seems like you can't avoid it guys! :p

    • Couldnt agree more about buying a cover StewBalls. I didnt buy one for my cheapie and its in rag order because of it. Still, i got 3 yrs out of it but gonna get one this time ; ) anyone know where i can get a cheap cover??

      • Saw in ALDI few days ago, don't remember the price.

I usually get mine from GoLo/Sam's Warehouse et.al. The one for my current hoodie cost me the princely sum of $14.95! :)

        • Thanks Stew ill check it out tomorrow : )

  • Yeah I saw the recent $99 one from Bunning, I'll have to compare the both. As they say you get what you pay for. Might be worth getting a slightly better built one.

  • That's cheap!!!

  • Charcoal BBQ FTW

    MMMM… chicken ;)

Good price, these things are so cheap they're practically disposable.
Me and my mates bought an el-cheapo kmart bbq one year, did the job.
None of us got food poisioning.

Sure a webber would be a nice have, but honestly we've used the bbq maybe 10 times in the last 3 years.

  • Saw a bbq with a hood at Aldi thats being sold on thursday but this sounds like a better option.
Plus its $60 cheaper and has 4 burners instead of 2.

  • wait until it catches on fire and the knobs start melting.

You do know that you are allowed to clean your BBQ before it comes to that, don't you? :p

  • Got $92 and running to BigW this arvo :D
But why does it have to end on such a weird day…

  • This sounds like a hot price for a BBQ !!!! LOL :)
