    Excellent value.

These watches are terrible I assume?

    • Did you read the 1st line in the description?
      You should never assume.

    • -4

Dont be surprised if it stops working or falls apart in the first week.

      • +3

i have half a dozen naviforces (dont judge me) and they all work after the 1st week, 1st month…

why wouldnt they? they all use miyota quartz just like many citizen watches

the finishing though… thats another story but its $10

Do you own this watch or have you found some bad reviews online?

I have posted this watch on here quite a few times and haven't heard of this happening from any members or anywhere else online.

    • +9

Or maybe it was just pulled out to keep the hands in the best position for the photo.

    • +8

lol, surely you can see from the other photos that it's been pulled out to adjust the time.

    • +8

The crown has definitely been pulled out.

Good watch at a great price.

    • +16

Haha. The crown has been pulled out to stop the hands from moving. FYI every watch company in existence sets the hands at 10 and 2 for photography. For Example: Rolex Omega Seiko

  • Is this watch waterproof? I know it says waterproof in the title but in the description it says "30m water resistant".

    • +3

Treat all cheap Chinese watches as splash proof only.

    • +2

at best i would wear it only when swimming surf spa showers etc.

      nothing remotely deep ie, pressurised

rule of thumb: if the watch does not have a screw down crown, dont even try anything remotely harsh

these are pilots watches, so a pilot who's in the drink is surely screwed!

also $10, if it gets water in, so what? just open it up and put it in rice or a hot car and hope it sorts itself out

      • +1

My Citizen is 100m water resistant and doesn't have a screw down crown. I have worn it in the surf. OTOH, I wouldn't wear this in the surf, I might wash the dishes with it on, but that's about it.

I wouldn't do any more than breathe heavily on it. Here is a review. Skip to 2:40.

This Youtuber reviews a lot of China watches, such as these.

    • I would take anything that is mentioned in the description with a pinch of salt. You get what you pay for :)

Bought this item from the last sales. The time is never correct….. contacted the seller but has no response. Good luck folks!

    • +7

Did you try setting the time?

      ….sorry couldn't help myself.

      • +7

You'd think that it'd be correct twice a day at least.

        • +1

Only if it's completely broken to the point its's motionless.

I received this watch a bit over a month ago from banggood for $11.77AU (so I got screwed!). I am actually thinking about buying the Citizen that this is a complete knockoff of (although the Citizen is solar powered) but couldn't decide on the looks, so grabbed this to trial for a while.

    Pros:
    * Has kept time for the past month (I'm not checking it to the second, but it's still on the right minute)
    * According to some guy on the internet it uses as Citizen Miyota 2115 quartz movement
    * Band is really nice, not a single issue with stitching, will keep it even if the watch falls apart
    * Had one person said they thought it looked good

    Cons:
    * Ticking is ridiculously loud, I can hear it at night when it sits on the night stand
    * Not sure on whether there's a point buying the Citizen now for 15x the cost

i have the silver cased model, one in the orange, one in the red print

i'd go further… the bands are atrocious but fair enough for the money

its just thick PU w/ stitching for effect, replaced the bands which is std 22mm

the loud ticking is super annoying, you have to put them in a cupboard

also the case is brass, I beleive, with just some kind of anodising

you need to spend about $20 for stainless naviforces

I have the original citizen eco drive model.
its my weekend casual watch, love it!
quite different to the normal silver or black watches our there.
bought from starbuy when they had it stock.

for reference found it here: http://www.creationwatches.com/products/citizen-eco-drive-53…

      • +1

I love my Citizen eco drive as well, I been wearing for work and so far the band is starting to break apart. Next watch I'm hoping to get is a Seiko. Don't know why I don't see a lot of Seiko on ozbargain :(

        • +1

I guess because they don't go on sale very often. But their auto movements are the reason why I post the Invicta Pro-Diver watches like this one.

I agree, Seiko make awesome watches. The SKX007 is my favourite watch.

  • I bought this last time around.
Got an email from them saying that our customs were returning it to them and they gave me a refund.
Was bummed I didn't receive it

  • +3

Bought the black one last time and received fine (not from Zapals though). As mentioned above band isn't the best quality (PU) but for $10-$12 I'd say it's about right. Ticks like any other non-digital watch, but have had Swatch watches that tick louder. Not game to test water resistance rating. Lume glows about the same duration as a glow in the dark sticker. I think it looks good and is not too big for my smaller wrist. For $10-$12 as a fashion watch that also tells the date, I can't complain. Just wanted to add my 2c.

    • +1

I have three types of swatch watches… the plastic ones are loud as (profanity)… the plastic just lets all the sound out.

I also have a stainless steel and the alloy body ones and they are quiet like any other ordinary SS watch.

I believe brass transmits sounds quite well which is why this naviforces are so loud.

  • Is it real leather? I'm trying to find a cheapie watch without leather straps.

Some remarkably incisive comments by some fellow here.

I have two, and happened to be wearing one of them when i got here, so it must be good.

  • +2

i asked 5 of my friends at trivia about how much they thought i bought it for they all said $100

i said lower.. they said $50
i said hahahaha lower … $29 they said
even lower, its $12 mate "gasps" wow

Still waiting on it to be shipped - says "processing" under order status. Am I alone or is that just Zapals being slow? cheers
