It would be great if my iherb purchases automatically registered. I even use the browser extension!
The browser extension is horrible. Most of my purchase don't auto confirm.
Had to like manually request for like 15 things.
Hi plasmoske, Andrew here from Cashrewards, I'd really like to help get to the bottom of the issues you are having. There are a number of issues that can effect cookie tracking, adblocker causes the most issues.The extension should not make a difference to the tracking process. If you PM me your CR user email we will look into this for you. Sorry about the hassle with manually requesting.
Hi ahc99, I've made a number of iHerb purchases that are not being registered in cashrewards even though I have activated the offer on the browser extension. Are you able to help me with this? Thank you
@kreagh: Sure can kreagh - one difference with iherb to most other stores on Cashrewards is that can take up to 2 weeks from purchase date as iherb is a very manual system, how long since your purchases?

Ordered from myprotein last week and they didn't ship my items with tracking.
It's a bit dodgy as I spent over $170 and the shipping should be tracked and within 5-7 days.
Sent them an email and they said it will arrive within 30 days.
Not happy with them to be honest and the service is pretty crap.
Just made a $150 myprotein purchase last week :(
