Every time I see these offers from Petbarn, it makes me want to get a Weiro even more :(

  • Code and spend offers don't stack.

    • +1

      Yes they do…tested before posting.

      • +4

My mistake. OCT30 doesn't add any more discount on fancy feast tins.

        • Hmmm

  • +13

    Thanks OP, dinner sorted

  • +1

Hate how you can't buy more than 4 bags of litter.

    • 2 orders?

      • Yeah but you can't take advantage of the $20 off $100 spend

  • +1

Thanks OP, daughters cat needed this

  • Decent deal. Can really stock up, and get some cashback with Cashrewards too.

    Cheers.

  • Not everything is 30% off is it?

  • +3

Hope this doesn't get cancelled. Two bags of 20kg black hawk fish and potato for $116 delivered. Dog will be happy!

    Thanks!

    • oh wow! how did you get it down to 116?
NVM, just worked it out with repeat delivery!

      • That's decent.
I can get 4 bags for for $236, works out to just over $59 a bag compared to the normal $95+

        Friggen awesome.
Having a Great Dane that chews through this stuff! haha.

    • How did you score free delivery? Quoting +$36 outside sydney

      • Only free for "metro areas" :'(

      • +1

Worked for me 5 min ago as well.
        2 X Blackhawk 15kg grain free at 142.40 -> $285
        -30% =199.5
        -$40 (over$150 spent)
        = $159.5

    • As Blue Diesel posted, you have to spend $250 after 30% Discount. So Roughly $360 first, then 30% = $251 - $75. Good luck.

  • It's a shame that only four bags of the Breeders Choice 30L Kitty litter can be bought in one transaction:(

    • why not try adding this too. essentially the same stuff.
      https://www.petbarn.com.au/small-animal/small-animal-bedding…

      • Its not the same stuff. I have bought this before and compared the weights of this and Breeders Choice Kitty Litter. Although both are 30L bags the animal bedding is much lighter in weight (I did comment about this here once before and listed the weights) and therefore less absorbent, so nowhere near as good as the litter.

  • Good price on Sentinel Spectrum if you stack this 30% on. Basically normalises the price to what budgetpetproducts sell at.

Still, not complaining about 46% off

    amazing savings thank you

Fingers crossed this doesn't get cancelled. Half a year of holistic wet food for half price. Excellent

    • Got a cancellation email, out of stock apparently…

  • +1

This is great! Thanks heaps :)

  • I couldn't figure out how to stack it either.. and OCT30 just replaced the other discount. Still a good price though for blackhawk 20kg potato and fish. I was spending $315 before discount and after discount (and repeat delivery) it came in around $192.

For the person who said to try incognito.. not sure that it makes any difference.

Don't forget both cashrewards (which seems to be 5% on petbarn, not 4.3%?) and also friends for life membership. This generated around $30 in vouchers for me to use..

  • +1

4 bags of Blackhawk for 246, thanks heaps!

  • +1

Got 40kg of Blackhawk for almost 50% off. I have 70kg in reserve now. Thanks!

  • +1

    So happy with the discount!!!!

  • No longer stacking

  • Just worked for me give it another try

  • I just found royal canin out of stock of their dry food range same as other pet stores online and official website said they have import issue.
What's alternative for royal canin… my old dog has been on it for all his life. Anyone knows how long is this food shortage for ?

    • Best check with a Vet, but maybe also have a look at http://www.petfoodreviews.com.au/

    • Apparently the shortage will be resolved around mid-October according to their website and the Petstock store I just rang up today… My pugs have been on Royal Canin only and I have just about a week's worth of food left :(

  • Code would only be valid once if you have signed in with your email account. Or you can reuse the code by proceeding as a guess. Code has better discount than the petbarn reward system anyway!

  • +1

this is a great one thanks for sharing ! just saved myself $80 as I was about to get the dog food anyways !

  • Don't forget 5% off with cash rewards.

    • +1

      Ah! Completely forgot!
Still stocked up on cheaper than BigW cat litter thanks OP.

  • +3

Yeah stacking seems to be a bit weird but eventually got it to work:
added $102 worth of stuff, it then applied the OCT30 code and reduced it to just over $70 then I just kept adding stuff till DISCOUNTED amount was back over $100, then the $20 off applied itself so ended up with about $155 worth for $86 roughly.

  • Having some issues with stacking the codes :(

    • +2

It works for me after i got the total after OCT30 coupon back over the $100, $150 etc threshold.

  • can confirm the stacking works.

gotta add stuff in the shopping cart screen (until you see the 15% off codes apply) then after that, input oct30 and then you will get the 45% off… sweet.

    • Yeah my purchase came at around 45% off although there was no indication that multiple codes were being applied other than the price. Purchased $311.96 of stuff and paid 178.38 which is 43% off. Also stacked with Cash Rewards.

Had Royal Canin food in the order which was on the exclusion list so I'll see how we go.

  • +1

    Thank you,
brought 3 bags of 15 Kg Advance for about $161 using repeat delivery.

  • +1

Took a while to get it to stack but I think it was worth it.
    Subtotal - $444
    Discount (OCT30) - -$208.78
    Discount (Repeat Delivery) - -$19.62
    Total - $215.60
    Roughly 51.5% discount. Nice!

  • Cant seem to make it stack no matter what even though the threshold discounts work; trying to buy a 15kg bag of Eukanuba and bag of chicken treats. Has anybody managed to solve a similar problem? ):

    • +1

Are you sure it's not stacking and you just haven't realised? The discounts don't show up separately, they all show up under "Discount (OCT30) -" on your subtotal.

      • No I don't think it's discounting properly even though the OCT30 discount shows up on the right ):

        https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/152454/52793/petbarn.p…

        • +1

Try this: pretty sure the below is what worked for me.

Take everything out of your cart, get rid of the OCT30 code.
Add items until it gets above $100, the $20 discount should apply and reduce the value below 100. (not 100% sure it's critical to go below 100)
Add items to get it back over $100 AFTER discount.
Now apply the OCT30 code, it should now apply that code and price should change accordingly.

Not sure you will be able to do that though due to the single expensive item you are trying to add, this may be why it isn't working for you.

        • @raydragon: Thanks for the tip, it's a little strange because the OCT30 discount seems to be working for the treats but not the Eukanuba bag, maybe it's also on the excluded list.

        • +1

          @teadonna:

Confirm it is not working on the 15kg food, must be another hidden brand of exclusion like I found out with my cat food.

But, you can get the below deal if you buy 2 bags of your food :

          Subtotal $271.98
          Discount (WEBS&S75) -$75.00
          Discount (Repeat Delivery) -$27.19
          Total (2 Items) $169.79

        • @kickling: Thanks! I ordered it this way, stockpiled a good 45kgs worth right now. It's good that repeat deliveries can be canceled so easily.
