Can Only Access OzBargain Via VPN

Logged in or out OzBargain can only be accessed by VPN. Have cleared cache, DNS etc. The account is in good standing and has not posted anything rude or controversial. Asking for a friend :) If there is a solution out there already I'm happy to delete this but I cant find anything…THANK YOU

  May be a persistent cookie, clear all cookies in all browsers, do not be fooled by just clearing cookies, get the persistent ones as well.

  Saw something similar with a mates PC, was fixed after the bloody persistent cookie was deleted.

  Flush DNS and use google DNS servers, I think it should fix it.
  Also check if accidentally add the site in excluded list under internet options
  And get a static ip from domain server or gateway

  Don't use the ISP's DNS server. Nanually set the DNS servers to that from Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - set these onto your router modem as well as on your Ethernet adapter of your laptop or Desktop PC.
