Huggies Jumbo Nappies Boxes (Multiple Sizes) $25 @ Woolworths

390

Just noticed some of the Huggies jumbo nappy boxes are $25 at woolies this week, which is pretty good price for these. Seem like Nappy pants boxes are not on sale though

  • Annoying how at woolies they do sales on one type and then the other. Coles just sells all Huggies at a discount price when they do a discount.

  • Good deal! Thanks OP!

Nappy pants are on sale as well. This is not the box one (ultimate) but I actually found this non ultimate is actually better.

The best thing about ultimate is the adjustable sides.

      Congrats!

Congratulations Paul. 2 boxes are not going to last long so better pick up a few more

      • Cheers.

We're not really too sure how many we need. She's 3.3ish kg at the moment and just over 2 weeks old… How many new born do we need?

Not many more, she will be in infant soon.

That said, I have never had a problem exchanging like for like at Woolies.

        • +3

Alot mate - the size is up to 5kg weight (50% more than her current weight) and she will take awhile to get there !

        • +2

My girl was born about the same weight and she went through about 6 boxes before infant ones fit her. You can always exchange any unopened boxes for another size

2 boxes of the new born

How many newborn came in one box?

On a serious note, 3 boxes might be enough but like the other poster said buy more (may be 4) and keep the receipt. You can always exchange it later

Get ready to exchange! I overdid it on newborn nappies which were on sale, now I have 500+ newborn nappies… little guy went from 40% percentile weight to 90% in 2 weeks, got my calculations badly wrong.

  • cheaper than baby bunting's deal, time to pick some up!

Overpriced nappies even when discounted. Much better getting cheaper brands at either coles or aldi.

I cannot agree more! We used Huggies for months before trying a few other popular and then switched to Aldi's range of nappies after reading loads of positive reviews on parenting forums. I cannot recommend Aldi's own Mamia brand nappies enough. IMO they are just as good as Huggies nappies and despite being unisex, we never had a leak for our daughter or twin boys. An absolute bargain for only $11 everyday price for 60pk infant, 56pk crawler, 50pk toddler, 48pk walker etc.

I wonder if they use these as a loss leader to get more customers. I ended up visiting Aldi just for Nappies, Toilet Paper and Laundry Powder and the rest at Coles where we collect Fly Buys points as a saving fund toward Xmas.

At Chemist Warehouse these are available for $24.99 and you also get a free pack of wipes! Bought today

  • Anyone use the Junior size? We still use them for night time - but I think they stopped selling them in the jumbo size
