Just found these soccer boots quite cheap for $14 on Harvey Norman website after I saw save50's post. Only available for online delivery. I ordered a pair and paid $10 for shipping to SA 5095.

Just FYI, there's a new service from Auspost called Shipster that lets you get free shipping for participating retailers until 2018 for $9.95 ($6.95/month after but you can just end your service beforehand) and HN is a participating retailer. However it only activates on orders >=$25.

I would have expected sizing to be in accordance with local standards, unless otherwise clearly stated.
You wouldn't expect to pay in US$.
Post below suggests these are US sizes though.

They are for online delivery only so it shows unavailable to check store stock. Under “delivery” put your postcode to calculate shipping cost or just add it to cart and do that.

From the model number in the spec I would be more inclined to say it is US sizing. i.e. model number matches the size.
Looks like only size 8 is left - the other sizes let you calculate the delivery, but there's no button to add to cart
