      Both Android and iOS. However,iOS has more features than Android because they just release Android 1.0 last month.

      Correct.It was 4.99 USD IAP but now users logging in will unlock all features for free.

      There is no find and replace function. In android, there is only "Search", however, you cannot replace all. Compared to iOS 5.0, Android version 1.0 now is quite simple. It only offers PDF reading and annotating and file management. But on iOS, it is very powerful as I stated above.
