        Nah in reality. I meant for large breeds that grow quickly.
        The breeder that is part of the German shepherd clubs of Queensland and Australia had a clause in the contract when purchasing that you wont feed puppy food.
        They believe that too many puppy foods contain too much protein and foods that will cause fast growth that could result in a sick pup

          That's true but not exclusive to German Shepherds or large dogs (some dry foods have 36% protein, raw meat is only about 15-25%).

          BTW, my dog wants to mount yours, he loves shepherds because they're so furry.
