    Think I bought mine from Bang/Gear for around $30 so this seems to be a good price. Mine is a little fussy though and sometimes won't charge until taking phone off and putting back.

    You can get this from AliExpress for $US15.99. I actually bought it cheaper, but that's the standard price.

    Although, they are currently out of stock. So if you're willing to wait a week or two you can just get it cheaper. Though you are only saving $4-$5, so this is a good deal IMO if you don't want to wait as much.

      I generally really like this charger - it looks great with a faux leather look, picks up my phone 9/10 times and has a nice blue glow underneath when charging and switches off once it hits 100%. The glow can be annoying if its charging at your bed side though.

      There's been the odd weird glitch every now and then where it doesn't charge when it looks like it does. And one scary time when charger was superhot and phone superhot for hours and still trying to charge at full pelt it seems. haven't been able to reproduce that though. But you could damage your battery if that happened regularly

      Besides those little quirks, its been pretty great. I prefer it to the tronsmart chocolate wireless charger (have both). PIcks up my phone better (S7e/S8)

      Mine just arrived from this deal today. Obviously not a comment on the long-term reliability, but it seems pretty good.

      Likes:
      The look, it's good. Looks high quality with the fake leather and black/grey scheme.
      Feels pretty solid.
      Rear rubber pad is good and keeps it stable.
      Includes a generously long USB cable.

      Dislikes:
      Blue light when charging is very bright, you wouldn't want to use this as a bedside charger.
      There is also no indication that it's charging on the top, the back blue light is hard to see during the day. So if your screen is off, or you move your phone and it's not charging then you have no way of knowing.
      Charging is slow, really slow. That's because I'm using an iPhone 8. Max 5W. No Fault of the charger.

          Not really, Only thing I can think of is colouring it with a black sharpie, that would hide some of it. Electrical tape wouldn't work very well, given the shape.

    this one has little design fault, the rubber ring on top create a little gap in between the phone, make the charging less effected.

      I think that might be intentional to keep thermals cooler - air can flow out underneath - though I agree, I bet it charges slower as a result.

    Just note that this is not the Fast-Charging for iPhone 8, 8+ or X
    New iPhone fast charging is at 7.5W rate while this is only 5W (standard Qi)

          I think you'll find that info is all wrong, seems like the description for a GoPro / Car camera kit etc..

          I received mine from this deal yesterday and there's 1 Micro USB cable and 1 Wireless Charging Unit. Nothing else.

          Definitely not this stuff:

    It doesn't say compatible with Nexus 5x but I'm not sure if that's something that is overlooked or it wouldn't be compatible? Anyone know? Edit: I've asked on the eBay deal as well, waiting for a response and will share here when I find out :)

          @nismo: another one to look forward to. I only bought the 5x because I was desperate for a phone but I kinda regret it, mostly the dismal battery life and performance can be a bit laggy - although I've had it for 15 months or so now.

          Hoping something amazing will come out when I next need a phone, if I'd had time to look around I would have loved to get the Z play.

    I just noticed on the ebay link in the product parameters it has output 5v, 0.5-1A .
    The samsung fast charge output on a normal charger is about 2.1A or more, so wouldn't this be at least 2 times slower than a normal wall charger? Has anyone looked at the estimate charge time your phone displays when you put it on the charger. I think it takes approx 1.2 hours to fully charge my s6 on the normal fast charger from dead flat.
    I don't want to buy one if its going to take 3 hours to charge the phone at work..
    Please correct me if i am wrong

      unless your s6 is the s6 edge+ , then your phone won't support wireless fast charging.

      From what I’ve seen I don’t think the Series 3 is Qi compatible. It looks like the upcoming Power Mat will be charging the Watch and AirPods using a proprietary protocol.
