You're welcome. Helps to be informed than jumping the gun solely based on price.

        • whats the worst that can happen? doesn't work, call Phillips, they send you a better model lol?

@eXtremist: Depends on the warranty I suppose.

        • @eXtremist: For me, it's also about the quality of the bargain as well. This isn't a random Xiaomi gadget I want to play with. It's an iron. You'd rather a good quality one to get the ironing job done efficiently, vs the frustration of using it for a bit and realising it is only sub-par.

    New condition?

    • Yeah is this new or used? I’m confused.

      • +1

they are refurbished from what i read i could be wrong

Please note, some boxes have sticker "Factory Second Product,"

    • Yeah that means it's basically new (no scratches or marks). The product is actually brand new, however some of the boxes are not in perfect condition so we marked as New Condition (usually is reserved for products out of box but with no scratches or marks).

so "new condition" products have full warranty?

      • Hello, i received my iron just now. Mine has scratches and marks - an example is the front looks like it has been dropped and the iron plate is dinted / damaged. Given the item sent was not as described, could you please confirm how you would rectify. Thank you
