    Yes in most cases, just be prepared to have extra hassle if you have to RMA it for a warranty claim. Also remember that you get hit with import duty if the price is >$999/-

      Just a further note, you can only RMA for the first 30 days where Amazon has their return window.

      Beyond the first 30 days, you'll need a friend or relative living in the US to help you RMA as the Acer warranty isn't valid. Sometimes Amazon support will play nice and help you out though.

      That said, usually if a device is going to fail on you, it'd be most likely DOA which you're covered for by Amazon.
