Home Loan Fixed Period Up, Best Home Loan - Low interest with offset

My 3 year fixed period is up at the end of Dec (St George) and am looking which bank to move to or use in negotiations with existing bank, loan c300k. What banks and interest rates would everyone recommend based on wanting a variable rate, offset. Had a quick look at loans.com.au and HSBC, interested if there are any good rates/deals/incentives available. Cheers

  • I don't think HSBC does offset. I have asked them a different question on the online chat platform and they couldn't answer the question. They said they will call me back. Did they? Nothing!… Nada … twice! Then I have called them and waited forever … and that's as a potential customer LOL!
Wow, if you can't get a question answered so good luck if anything goes wrong!
St George should give you a good rate …. around 3.8% with 100% offset.
Try a broker. He/She might get you a better deal.
    Cheers
