  • So Easy Travel -

How would you recommend I contact you in the case of an issue with the sim when I am abroad next month?

Do you have a help line/email address that is actually monitored daily? I would hate to be without connectivity until I could track down someone from your company.

When my order wasn't sent, my emails / FB & twitter messages went without reply until I tracked down the owner of the company and emailed him personally.

    • I asked a similar question above and Amanda posted her email address - [email protected]

    • Phone/sim has also worked brilliantly in Lapland/Finland via the DNA network, however, Orange France, the roaming network for 3 in France, has been very hit and miss data wise at Disneyland but imagine that’s due to the volume of people on the network.

    Hi guys,
According to previous comments about all the trobules when using overseas,
is it possible to active the sim card in Australia to try? Just 1 day before pop on the flight.
Most of us does not need exactly 30 days coverage from my opinion.
Please correct me if anything is worng.

        Thx duketing.
Trying to email Amanda for my recent order and gmail returned this to me:

        Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.

        Bit sad for this business.

        • Wow. You sure you didn't have spaces in the email? Did she get fired?

What i have noticed is that they are running out of a business centre for startup or for small companies getting started.

        • @duketing:
          no space in it…
I think might be the exams in uni….

        • Hi there

could you please try again, my emails were being bounced back last week and they are now working.

    • Hi jimgreenb

The SIM card does in fact work in Australia, You can pop the SIM card in on the day of departure in AU and double check that the data is working.

Please ensure that you switch data roaming to "On" so that the three servers can allow the data to pass through.

      Hope that helps.

      • Whoops my bad. Please ignore.

      • Hi,

I've put the SIM card in here in Melbourne. Received a couple of 3UK SMSs, then had to turn phone off and on to get data going (instructed to do so on one of the SMSs).
Only connects to Telstra 3G and was pretty slow, but at least it worked (in iPhone 5).

Tried putting it in a Pocket Wifi (I don't think it is locked as I have used both Vodafone and Amaysim (Optus) in it previously) - did not work :(.
It could see 4 bars of Telstra signal but could not connect.

Maybe the Pocket wifi will work in Europe anyway - undecided whether to take it along to try….

Can anyone who has experience of this answer whether these SIM cards can be used in a Pocket Wifi in Spain?

And if not these Voice+Data PAYG cards, what about the 3UK Broadband mobile SIM card - can that work in a Pocket Wifi in Europe ( I've also tried the mobile broadband SIM card in a Pocket wifi here in Melb, but no go)
