Parcel Is Sent and Delivered but Hasn't Shown up in Cnc Centre, Please Advise

Edit: The package is actually still in the depot according to the seller, and the shipment has been relayed to Aupost instead…, thanks guys

Hello there guys, i hope everybody is having a good day,

There is some problems that just happened to me,

so a couple days ago, a purchase some items off Ebay, and as the title suggest, my parcel hasn't arrived in the CnC centre but the tracker provided had shown that it is signed and delivered.

Not only that, one of the employee also confirmed that the signature of the person who signed the delivery is not the employee of the CnC centre but infact is the driver of the courier service, which i found out after calling the courier service customer support.

i have tried to contact the seller regarding to this issue but the seller hasn't gone back to me, and after tedious complaints i logged to the courier service, the promise to launch and investigation.

The parcel itself contain a CPU and a GPU which i purchased from one of the trusted seller from ebay.

TBH, i don't really want to put up a paypal dispute or ebay dispute because the seller has treated me really well with their customer services and has been really helpful when i'm shopping with them.

Can Ozbargainers advise me on what action should i take as this matter?

    Although I feel it's probably not what you want to hear but if the seller hasn't replied maybe wait an extra day or two however otherwise it's definitely time to go down the PayPal dispute route. You can start my just sending them a message through PayPal directly before starting the dispute. I feel like you're just going to be screwed around with eBay, Couriers and all that.

      Yes, i usually talk to the seller via ebay messaging and they usually reply around 12pm and they are pretty decent, and i will actually wait for their reply before doing anything such as launching a dispute.

    hmm thats a bit shtty. I bought a phone off ebay last year and had it delivered to BigW CnC point. When i was tracking it, it said the exact same thing, that it was delivered but didnt show up on the CnC centre's system until 2 days after, to which i then received an sms/email pick up notification. When i spoke with the service counter rep at big W when picking up the parcel; he said that when it gets delivered; it has to be received into big W's system which i think then sync's with the courier's system.

    TL:DR - wait out another day or two. it might just be slow services/processing at the CnC Centre

      if its slow process then my other parcel should be slow as well, i got a total of 9 parcel, 6 arrived at the same day 2 supposed to arrived according to tracking but is missing and 1 hasn't been shipped, but well who knows.

    As a store owner on EBay we stopped offering the CnC facility on our sales some time ago for exactly the reason here

    Who is the courier?

    Some couriers have a special depot that they drop the parcel off at like Newsagencys and need to sign the parcel off before dropping it off with them.

      its Fastway, and the parcel itself is signed by the courier himself
