COD Black Ops $84 Pre-order

26

Call of Duty: Black Ops is $84 on PS3 at Harvey Norman Moore Park Supa Centa.

It might be available for Xbox for $84 also as they quoted me $84 before i told them what console i owned. This isnt advertised on the web site so I dont know if its available anywhere else.

I know its $79 at Kmart BUT you CANT pre-order, they usually get 5 copies per store (I asked) and EB games said they will only match Kmart if;

  1. Theyre open (ie 24hr)
  2. They have stock. So they will ring and if Kmart only have 5, theyll be out of stock quick (knowing how ozbargainers work) and if no stock will charge you $119.
  3. Some EB games will only match prices of shops in their shopping center.

So this seems like the only way to get pre-order at this price.

  • they are flogging this in thier catalogue too (harvey norman that is)

  • are you serious a whole kmart store and only 5 copies ?

    • that would explain why there are so few games that people are interested in, let alone pay for at full rrp

  • $5 cheaper to pre order with GAME, might be easier to wait a day, save $5 and have it come to your door though

Kmart has only 5 copies at each store. I find that hard to believe.

  • http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/33828 is a great deal if you don't care about retail packaging.

I paid $45.42 for Black Ops, it is currently sitting on my hard drive waiting to be installed after they e-mail me my CD-Key on the 9th.

Kmart wont only have 5 copies per store seeming they have advertised it for &$79 & knowing how much hype this game has.

wtf 5 copies is BS. I work at Kmart and we got two large boxes each filled with Black Ops.

  • No bargain anyway, cheaper at jb hi fi if you want to preorder, or kmart if you want to get it instore.

  • Wierd, i went into JB yesterday and they wouldnt let me pay the whole price for GT5 and COD cos they said they hadnt finilised price, but if JB has it less then this isnt a bargain no more. But EB is still being pretty slack bout their price matching so their not getting my money no more.. I mean $40 markup and its not like JB or n e one else is loosing money on it

  • Not a bargain. You should have gone to JB and pre-ordered it for $79. http://www.jbhifi.com.au/games/call-of-duty-black-ops/

    • i just said i did, they wouldnt let me

      • Well they do let you put a $10 deposit down for a pre-order which guarantees you a copy.

  • Cheaper at JB!

  • sounds like you got your nuts drained by a big b*tch
