Rosegal - Anyone Ever Submitted a Support Ticket?

So it's been 5.5 weeks since I ordered that tail light from Rosegal.

In the "off"-chance I don't receive my item I thought to check out the support process and I've discovered the support page doesn't happen (it gives an Internal Server Error 500). I was wondering if anyone has successfully opened a support ticket in the past or I'm just wasting my time.

Based on previous reports I wonder how long I should wait before getting impatient.

Update: The support page is working again.

    I had to use their support once after waiting 2 months for an order, they asked me to wait a couple more weeks, i did, then filed a paypal dispute and got a refund.

    I contacted their support once regarding item not received after 2 months. They asked me to wait another month and I did. After it still wasn't delivered, they offered a partial refund or to resend- but I had to pay extra to have it sent. They said that because I didn't buy insurance, they were not responsible for lost package. So I opened a Paypal dispute, they provided a broken tracking link and I got my full refund. That was my first and last purchase from these fools.

    • Thanks. Yeah I read about your experience in that older post. Since it was my first dealing with them it leaves a bad impression (but part of me doubts it was intentional since it's not in their long term interest). Sellers are much more eager to please on eBay.

    It took 46 days but I received my item.
