I ended up removing the app authentication from Facebook then clicking the Facebook Authentication button on the Steam Keys page, re-authenticating, and then it worked for me.
Thanks - that worked. I removed the app authentication, then when I went back to the Steam Keys page, instead of the warning about "User likes required" I was actually given a button to take me to the FB page to like (which isn't the DLH FB page…)
Jeez - can that page get any slower/full of ads/popup more crap onto my screen/and make it any more obscure to get this game?
I got it in the end but holy cow - it's game just to get a game. Hope it's good.

Mine just has a red exclamation mark with a hover over saying "User likes required". I have an account, I have it linked to Facebook, and I've liked their FB page. I've made a comment on the page (like thousands of people seem to have done). I've disabled adblock for the page too. What am I missing?
