      I also found a £3 discount code (SAVEONXMAS50) for orders over £50 but when I entered it the page just refreshed and the discount code section dissapeared, so I'm assuming the discount is only for UK orders.

          yeah there was no paypal and didn't take off VAT but there was also no surcharge for credit card, free shipping and the site is listed as a legit GHD dealer on GHD's website so I was happy with it

    I emailed them this morning to complain and they've responded to tell me that they're back in stock. I just ordered one using the 5% code and, assuming that it works this time, it should cost me about AUD$144, which is still about $100 less than buying locally.

        What did your total come to using PayPal?

        Edit: Never mind, I forgot you have to place the order to get to the PayPal page with the final price. Mine came to £88.54 or $146.10 with current conversion rates. I'm still frustrated by the process though.

        In the future I think I'll just let my gf deal with any company that cancels an order for her present, that way she can take out her anger on them instead of me - lol.

        Haven't got mine either, I'm hoping it is just held up at Australian entry point (customs etc) because people are sending more parcels with Christmas coming up. I'll give it another week or two but this certainly hasn't been my best online purchase experience.

Its here. :D very snazzy looking box i must say… Hope the thing works as well as people say because its damn expensive compared to the last one i bought for my sister from Target. Lol. But yeah. Yours should be comming too soon. You can email HQhair and they'll give you a tracking number although i dont think it tracks it once it leaves UK.

      Yup. Sent on the 11th too. According to the tracking number they gave to me, it left the UK on the 19th.
