    does anywone know where the codes are inside the pack? I cant find one! I have the specially marked packs, but for the life of me i cannot find the special code :(

    Anyone received their digital gift cards yet? I filled out the form and got the email with the code for activation straight away. Activated it and then got a message saying I should receive the gc in 20 min to business days. Still waiting.

        I did after contacting them. I put in another claim 2 weeks later and it came through immediately though.

    Hi I claimed my dogfood and received everything very quickly. Mum did hers last night (she purchased for her dog so different address / email and everything) and although the activation codes have come through, when she activated them the actual vouchers still haven't.
    Has anyone had this problem recently?
