Looks like a good price for this headphone. Next cheapest is $276 according to Staticice. JB used to offer 50% off but not sure if this model was there.

Yep its not the Noise cancelling edition. Which a lot of the reviews seems to be for.
Normal over-the ear blocks out enough and don't travel much so no big deal for me.

These are very good for the money ,
Just be aware they don't work with the jbl app to adjust the bass ect like the
jbl 700 everest elite,
and they are also slightly smaller than the elite model so best to try them on first to see if their comfortable for you for long periods
