I previously posted my concerns with the recliners i have purchased from you in the past. Your Liverpool Store was absolutely disgraceful in the way they handled the matter. But you were blocked for sockpuppeting from ozbargain after posting.

Missing armrests from delivery. I was promised replacement recliners but the drivers just put the missing armrests from the new couches onto the ones which i purchased. Very Dodgy Service. Know coupled with dodgy reclining mechanisms and couches which are already soft after 2 months.

What is disappointing about Homeland furniture is that store staff don't do anything proactive about fixing problems. Everything must be handled via live chat according to store staff. That's a really crappy way of Handling Customer Service Matters.

I sent further emails to Lupe from Customer Service but they have been ignored along with the PM i sent you.

caveat emptor buying from this mob.

      Expected Behaviour
It is recommended that reps respond to comments and reasonable enquiries about their deal, product or service. To assist with this, reps are automatically subscribed their deal posts.

    • Yeesh. That sucks. A sofa should be something that you buy and then don’t have to worry about. We were looking around for ages and finally went with IKEA. BTW what is sock puppeting?

    • Hi there,

Can you please send your details to me? As you are mentioned, we are still new, we have been blocked for 2 weeks after posting the first one. We are in here just want to help customer to get the best deal, and the lounge we are selling have 5 years warranty. We got 7 showrooms in Sydney since 2005. If there is anything wrong, we will try the best to get it solved.

      Thanks & Regards,

      • I have responded to your PM and requested your email address. I am happy to provide the details you require but require proof as to who you are as i want to keep a copy of all written correspondence. This is more than fair considering what you have put me through.

As to the rest of your message, it's rather meaningless PR spin. Time will tell if you get it solved.

I am required to address some fallacies in your statement regarding the 5 Year Warranty. As per the homeland webpage. Different parts of the furniture are subject to there own warranties.
